    Malwarebytes AntiRansomware could be another security layer to improve our safety but keep in mind that a solid backup/recovery plan on external and offline supports is the first defence line against ransomware.

    Thanks for sharing, yes it is surely a great and a really useful tool. Because of continuos growing of ransomwares we need an additional defense software, so this would be an awesome addition. Agree with @revC0de frequent backups of the most important files would be a great method against ransomwares.

    Nice to see improvements on detection and malware removal.

    Also other good fixes in Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit, especially the conflicts with Symantec DLP, false positives with Adobe and .NET and the improvement in security in the API hooking framework.

    • Addressed slowdowns and freezes due to certain deadlock conditions that could occur while updating Malwarebytes
      • This also fixed the corresponding issue where updates would constantly show as “Applying”
    • Addressed slowdowns and freezes that could occur after upgrading from Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.x to Malwarebytes 3.0 due to an improperly carried over ‘Delay Real-Time Protection on startup” setting
    • Further improved overall memory usage

    I use "MBAM Free" and it is a great clean-up tool, but if They want it to become a full protection security suite, They should improve ransomware detection/protection...

    After upgrade to ver.3.,
    MBAM removed my pc 's main internet security software !
    I think it is not compatible with security softwares.
    Now I have to see if I have revert ver.2.2 1 of MBAM.
    Or write to security softwares forum.
